Provide healing resources and support to crime victims and to help them uphold their legal rights. Provide culturally appropriate survices which contribute to the empowerment of victims and their families. Program staff shall assist and support justice for victims through successful prosecution of suspected offenders. Through direct client services, public education and active networking, the program shall contribute to an environment at Lummi which is less conducive to criminal activities. We service all Native Americans nationally.
